Swyclr Ventures Private Limited, the company behind the Sloop app, is unequivocally committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users — especially minors. The safety and protection of children is a non-negotiable priority in everything we build and operate.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that in any way exploits, endangers, or causes harm to minors. This policy applies across all parts of the Sloop platform including listings, profiles, messages, auction rooms, and any other user-generated surfaces.
The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on the Sloop platform and will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:
We actively monitor user-generated content across all surfaces of the App — including listings, profile bios, photographs, in-app messages, and auction room activity — for violations of this Child Safety Policy.
Any content found to be in violation of this policy is immediately removed from the platform. The associated account is permanently banned without prior notice. Where legally required or appropriate, the incident is reported to national authorities.
Any user found attempting to circumvent our moderation systems — including by creating new accounts after a ban — will have all associated accounts terminated. Such attempts may also be escalated to relevant law enforcement agencies.
Users can report child safety concerns directly within the Sloop app using the Report or Block button available on any listing, user profile, or message thread. Reports related to child safety are treated as the highest priority.
All child safety reports are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Where a report involves suspected CSAM or imminent danger to a child, we escalate immediately and do not wait for the standard review cycle to complete.
You may also report child safety concerns directly to our safety team at hello@swyclr.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report". Please include as much detail as possible, including screenshots where applicable.
Users must be 16 years of age or older to create an account on Sloop. By registering, users confirm that they meet this minimum age requirement.
We enforce age restrictions through age-based signup flows that require users to declare their date of birth at the point of registration. Accounts that appear to belong to users under the age of 16 are suspended pending verification or permanently removed.
We offer optional identity and age verification through DigiLocker, India's official digital document wallet. Users who complete DigiLocker verification receive a verified badge on their profile. We store only the verification confirmation — we do not store the underlying government-issued document.
If a parent or guardian believes their child (under 16) has created an account on Sloop without consent, please contact us immediately at hello@swyclr.com. We will act promptly to investigate and remove the account.
Swyclr Ventures Private Limited proactively reports all confirmed CSAM incidents to the relevant national authorities, including the Cyber Crime Cell and the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR).
We comply fully with all applicable child safety laws in every jurisdiction in which we operate, including:
In response to valid legal requests from law enforcement authorities, we will preserve and disclose relevant user data in accordance with applicable law. We cooperate fully and without delay in investigations involving the safety of minors.

This Child Safety Policy is effective as of 01 June 2026 and applies to Sloop App Version 1.0. We review and update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated to users through the App.
